Excellent safety features
The narrow opening in the enclosure profile laregly prevents any accidental contact with the conductors on the indie, which means that you can use DCL lines within arm's reach without the need for any additional safety measures. An optional sealing lip provides effective protection against dust and moisture. Fire protection per UL/VO is provided as a matter of course.
Universal power infeed
The power infeed meets your needs, arranged at one of the ends or along the conductor line system. At the same time, a new design makes it easy for you to quickly connect the cables.
Service friendly design
A special benefit of the Demag DCL Compact Line DCL design enables the current collector trolley to be removed at any joint between the sections. This makes it possible to inspect the system very quickly and enables you to replace the sliding contacts with ease: the pre-assembled sliding contacts connected are clipped into place and connected and fixed with just one screw
The main power lines are connected to the current collector trolley without the need for encapsulated conductors. Another practical benefit: The straight sections can be easily replaced at any position without the need to move or pull the conductor line system apart or remove other sections.
Simple and reliable attachment
Whatever the design of your support superstructure might be - the special connection system with simple latching brackets makes it easy to install the Demag DCL Compact Line and ensures it is firmly held.
