Storage of furniture containers

We have the economical solution for intermediate storage of furniture containers. Implemented using a Demag double-girder overhead travelling crane and double hoist unit on one crab.

Independent of the direction in which the containers are supplied, the containers can be re-aligned or mis-alignments can be corrected using the slewing crab.

Furniture in containers is managed in this fully automatic warehouse. Permanent access to all containers is ensured by the higher-level warehouse management computer.

Container storage with a manually controlled double-girder crane. A spreader with safety monitoring device and electrical interlock is used as the load handling attachment.

Destination positioning supports in the long and cross travel directions facilitate space-saving storage and stacking of the containers for the operator.

Container storage crane with cabin control. The cabin travels along with the crab to improve monitoring of the container while it is stored and retrieved.
